This olive oil bottle comes in 100, 250, 375, 500 and 750 ml, in dark green or transparent glass. Dark green glass blocks more light than clear glass, which helps slow oil oxidation on the shelf. The 500 ml bottle weighs about 405 g, and the neck takes a 31.5×24 mm aluminum cap, the common size for oil pourers.
