What we collect
When you send a form we receive the details you type in — name, email, company, country, phone if given, and your message or quote list — plus the page you sent it from and the time. We do not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers or third-party scripts on this site.
How we use it
Only to answer your inquiry, prepare quotations and samples, and handle any order that follows. We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not add you to marketing lists without asking.
Your quote list
Products you add to your quote list are stored in your own browser (local storage) so the list survives page reloads. It never leaves your device until you send it. Clearing your browser data removes it.
Retention
Inquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to serve you and meet record-keeping duties, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you by emailing inquiry@mars-glass-factory.com. If you are in the EU/UK you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
