Overview
This 28 mm cap is a roll-on pilfer-proof (ROPP) aluminum closure with a PE liner. It is offered in three heights: 28 × 15.5 mm, 28 × 17 mm and 28 × 18 mm. ROPP caps are formed onto the bottle neck by a capping head, so the thread is rolled to match the glass and a tamper band breaks on first opening. The PE liner gives the seal against the bottle lip.
The cap is used on glass bottles for mineral water, soda and other beverages. Cap color can be customized and your logo can be printed on the top. Free samples are available for fit testing on your bottles. Caps are packed 3,500 pcs per carton, production is ISO 9001 certified, and the minimum order is 50,000 pcs.
